Dalhousie is just 85 km from Pathankot. Both are equally enchanting and a trip to any of this place will pull you to the other. Buses are available from Pathankot. However, you can also check Pathankot to Dalhousie taxi route. By road, it takes around 2 hours and 31 minutes depending on the speed of the car.

After reaching the place, start your first day with a visit to Panchpula. It is the most prominent spots in the town and visitors throng here to appreciate the charming beauty of this spot. Panchpula signifies ‘five bridges’. The undulating streams and the perfect environment is the main attraction of Panchpula. While approaching to Panchpula, the Satdhara falls grab the attention. It is a beautiful waterfall that is named after the seven springs in the district. Local people trust that the water from the spring has helpful powers and can cure ailments and diseases. On the second day head to Khajjiar. It is just 24 km from Dalhousie. It will take you approximately two hours to reach this wonderful slope station where you can appreciate various unique attractions. Khajjiar is considered as the ‘Mini Switzerland’ of India. The prominent attractions of the spot are the Dhauladhar mountains, the great Khajjiar Lake and the Khajji Nag sanctuary. Khajjiar is situated at the base of the Dhauladhar mountains and one can get a spectacular view of the surroundings from Khajjiar. Khajjiar lake is likewise another magnificence spot in this beautiful town. It is enveloped by a saucer-shaped rich green meadow and afloat island.
